By accessing or using Sofa Pundit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Sofa Pundit is a sports prediction platform where users can form private groups, predict season standings for football leagues, and compete against friends. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
Spam or harass other users through group invitations or messages
Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service

5. Groups and Predictions

Groups are private and invitation-only. Group admins are responsible for managing their members. Predictions are final once submitted and locked. Sofa Pundit does not involve real money, betting, or gambling.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Sofa Pundit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Club and competition names, crests, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are displayed for identification purposes only. Sofa Pundit is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any football club, league, or governing body.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of sports data provided through third-party APIs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sofa Pundit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
