Sofa Pundit is in beta, so rough edges are expected — and reports genuinely help.

Get in touch

Email hello@sofapundit.club and we'll reply within a few days. There is also a Give feedbackbutton in the app — that route sends along which screen you were on and what device you're using, which usually gets to the bottom of a problem faster than a description can.

Common questions

Is it free?

Yes. Creating a group, running championships, predicting tables and calling matches are all free. Pro is an optional paid upgrade for a championship that unlocks AI-written matchday recaps; nothing else sits behind it.

Is this gambling?

No. There is no wagering, no real-money stakes, no odds and no prizes. Sofa Pundit is a game of opinions between friends, played for bragging rights.

When do my predictions lock?

Table predictions lock 24 hours before the first match of your championship's starting matchday. Match calls lock at each fixture's kickoff. Until then you can change your mind as often as you like.

My scores look out of date

Results are pulled from a live feed and points are settled as matches finish. If a scoreline looks stale for more than a few minutes, tell us which fixture and we'll look at it.

A league I want isn't listed

There are eleven competitions today, and more are being added. On the create-a- championship screen there's a box to tell us which one you want — those requests decide what gets added next.

My invite link doesn't work

Championship pages are visible only to members of the group that owns them, so a link shared outside the group shows a not-found page. Ask an admin to invite you by email or send you the group's invite link, then the championship will open.

Your account and data

You can delete your account yourself, and it takes effect immediately. On the web it's on your account page; in the app it's at the bottom of the Me tab. Deleting removes your predictions and every pick you have made, and cannot be undone.

If a group you own has other members in it, ownership passes to them so their championships keep working. Polls you opened stay up, unattributed, because other people voted in them.
